Contacting the NPA outside of normal working hours

If you need to contact the NPA urgently outside of normal working hours (ie after 6pm weekdays, after 1pm on a Saturday, on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays).

  • To alert us to a critical incident requiring us to notify other Community Pharmacists
  • To alert us to press or media coverage which will have an impact on Community Pharmacists
  • To alert us to an incident at the NPA's offices

NPA monitors these communication points at regular set times and we will acknowledge and respond to your message at the next available opportunity.

By Rail:

Train from Kings Cross Thameslink to St. Albans City Station.
Bus or taxi from station to 38-42 St. Peter's Street (10-15 minute walk)
 
By Road:

Approach by the motorways or A roads as shown above and head for the centre of the city. Drive through the front arched entrance of the offices in St. Peter's Street (behind taxi rank) to gain access to the rear car park. There is also a multi-storey car park signposted from Catherine Street.
