Contacting the NPA outside of normal working hours

Normal NPA working hours are between:

Monday - Friday - 9am - 6pm
Saturday - 9am - 1pm (Information Services only)

By Rail:

Train from Kings Cross First Capital Connect to St. Albans City Station.
Bus or taxi from station to 38-42 St. Peter's Street (10-15 minute walk)
 
By Road:

Approach by the motorways or A roads as shown above and head for the centre of the city. Drive through the front arched entrance of the offices in St. Peter's Street (behind taxi rank) to gain access to the rear car park. There is also a multi-storey car park signposted from Catherine Street.
