Noel Wicks BPharm (Hons) MRPharmS, was recently appointed as a Board member for Scotland. He qualified from Bradford University in 2000 also joined the register of Chemists in 2000. Mr Wicks is currently a Director of the multiple award winning Right Medicine Pharmacy which has 15 branches located throughout Central Scotland.
With a strong interest in developing community pharmacists of the future, Mr Wicksspent two years as the public relations officer for the British Pharmaceutical Students Association, followed by another year as president. He was also the president of the Bradford Association of Pharmacy Students, has been Chairman of the Young Pharmacists Group since 2002, and is a past Member of Council for the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain. Mr Wicks is a member of several advisory boards both for the pharmaceutical industry and patient groups. In the past Mr Wicks has also had experience of working in the hospital setting both as a pre-registration pharmacist and as the project pharmacist for the Forth Valley medicines redesign project
