The NPA Employment Advisory Service Helpline has a dedicated team of consultants available 24 hours a day Monday to Sunday (excluding English bank and public holidays) to give you practical advice and information on:

Where relevant, template letters will be provided to support the telephone advice given. Access to on-line employers reference manual is also available through the Peninsula website.
