The pharmacy services team proactively supports members in developing and delivering their professional service offerings, by ensuring members have access to all NPA support resources, facilitating engagement with local health communities, identifying other channels of support and providing practical support/advice as appropriate.
In addition the team can provide advice on professional matters and on broader aspects of members’ businesses. Where appropriate they can provide facilitation for members to work more closely with their local health and social care communities, to indentify funding opportunities and provide relevant tools, resources and information to assist in the development of their pharmacy business.
The pharmacy services implementation managers are field based and as NPA representatives in your region they are also tasked with identifying intelligence about emerging local health policy, pharmacy practice developments and consultations so that the NPA can more effectively represent you and develop its offering to best support you and your business.
