Who is this course suitable for?
Pre-registration trainee pharmacists who have successfully completed an undegraduate degree in Pharmacy from a UK university.
We also run a Pre-registration Tutor Training day for pharmacists who take on a preregistration trainee pharmacist and enrol them on our training programme.
What does this course contain?
This programme is written and facilitated by a team of experienced pharmacists with input from expert guest speakers.
The programme includes:
- 2 and 3 day residential courses
- Attendance at NPA pre-reg conference
- NPA support material (see below)
- Regular newsletters with directed learning activities throughout the year

Where is the programme held?
Currently held in St Albans, Birmingham and Wakefield. However venues may vary from year to year and will be booked to best meet the needs of trainees booked onto the programme.
