Following the successful launch of the inaugural Health Education Foundation bursary in 2011, applications are now open for the 2012 bursary.
The £10,000 bursary aims to support pharmacists who have an interest in developing their skills to undertake research relating to community pharmacy practice.

- The NPA's Health Education Foundation was established in 1989 to advance public education in the prevention and proper treatment of disease and ill health and the correct usage of medicines.
- Through the charitable donations of community pharmacists and the public, the NPA's Health Education Foundation supports initiatives to encourage students into the field of pharmacy, provide workshops on relevant areas of practice and encourage pharmacists to undertake research relating to community pharmacy practice.
