How can you help our members?

Qube Learning can help NPA members by supporting them with their recruitment and training needs via the Apprenticeship Levy. Whether the individual business is an Apprentice levy or non-levy payer – Qube Learning are at hand to offer services in line with recruiting and upskilling staff via an Apprenticeship and other vocational training. An Apprenticeship gives any business the ability to develop new or existing employees in to the highly skilled workforce required.

What support is provided?

Qube Learning hold over 20 year’s experience in the sector, with a wealth of knowledge and driven team of Business Account Managers, Marketing support, Learning Support Specialists and highly trained Skills Tutors, we work closely with our customers to build bespoke programmes that are tailored to meet the needs of their business and their employees. We will support any business during their time with Qube; From an initial informative meeting – giving members an insight to the Apprenticeship Levy and its capabilities, through to their employees/students completing their Apprenticeship or training.

Cost to members

The way the government funds Apprenticeships for any businesses in England has changed. Some employers are required to contribute to an Apprenticeship Levy, and others will need to contribute via a co-investment.

The Apprenticeship Levy requires all employers operating in the UK, with a pay bill over £3 million each year to make an investment in Apprenticeships. You will be able to access funding for Apprenticeships through your Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) account and will be able to use this to pay for training and assessment for any Apprentices in England.

Employers who don’t fall within this bracket, who have a pay bill of less than £3 million and more than 50 employees can have 95% of the training costs of an apprentice funded by the government from April 2019 onwards – currently the funding is 90%.
