EY Survey

The global consultancy firm EY (formerly known as Ernst & Young) has been commissioned by the NPA to investigate the financial position of the independent community pharmacy sector and inform the first annual review of funding in England under the five-year contractual settlement.

The NPA urges its members to participate in this survey and a letter form the NPA Chair has been sent to which you can read here.

The survey will also capture some details of community pharmacy’s response to the Covid-19 crisis. This period has highlighted not only the challenges that pharmacy is dealing with, but also the important role that community pharmacy can play in soaking up pressure that would otherwise be put on other parts of the health system.
