Community Pharmacy Patient Questionnaire (CPPQ)
CPPQ is now a Gateway criterion - it was previously part of the quality criteria.
The results of your last completed CPPQ must be publicly available on your pharmacy’s NHS.UK profile. If you have a distance-selling pharmacy (DSP), then the results of your last completed CPPQ must be displayed on your DSP website. If you have claimed for this quality payment at the June 2018 review point, where you were required to upload the CPPQ results on your pharmacy’s NHS.UK profile already, then you are not required to conduct a new CPPQ survey to meet this Gateway criterion for the February 2019 review point.
- Ensure your CPPQ results are published as a Portable Document Format (PDF) file – you will need to create a news item within the overview section and follow the four requirements as stated from page 16 of the QP guidance.
- A template to collate and analyse CPPQ responses can be found in Annex 3 of “The Pharmacy Quality Payments – Gateway Criteria Guidance”.
- Check your NHS.UK profile 12 hours after uploading the CPPQ – if results are not visible, follow the steps in the NHS.UK QP user guide.
- DSPs must publish the CPPQ on their website and now email email@example.com with details listed from page 17 of the QP guidance.
