The NPA needs to ensure that they protect their members at all times and so we will only choose to work with those organisations that share the NPA’s core values, which are; Caring, Excellence, Ambition, Innovation, Integrity, and Accountability. So we will want to meet with you, understand your business and your current client database and also speak with some of your current customers to be sure we are happy to work with you.


Becoming an NPA Business Partner is an easy process.

NPA offers several levels of promotional packages depending on how you wish to promote to our members. These packages are available to all partners and each level of partnership will be subject to a contract with the NPA to ensure full protection is given to our partnership and our members.

Once a potential Business Partner has completed the tender application, the information provided will be reviewed by a panel of subject matter experts and, if suitable, a presentation date will be offered. The presentation will be an opportunity for the potential Business Partner to clarify the details of their business further. The presentation panel will ask questions regarding; the Company’s activities and achievements, their current customer base and how they think independent community pharmacies can most benefit from their services. Customer testimonials will also be sought.
