What is Child Criminal Exploitation
What is Child Criminal Exploitation?
Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE) occurs when children or young people are manipulated or coerced into committing crimes. This can include activities such as drug distribution (often referred to as “county lines”), theft, or other illegal acts.
Children involved may appear to be choosing this behaviour, but they are often being controlled or threatened.
