The National Pharmacy Association (“NPA”) has issued the following terms and conditions to provide you details of your rights when using the NPA website (“site”).
Please read all of the following Terms and Conditions on the use of this site before using it.
The Terms and Conditions may change at any time at our sole discretion. By access and using our Website, you agree to all of the following Terms and Conditions. As the terms may be varied from time to time, you should check to make sure you are aware of the latest version.
1. Ownership of the site
All intellectual property rights, including logo, copyright and database rights, in material contained in, or referred to on this site belongs to the NPA or our licensors.
No content from www.npa.co.uk or any other site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by us may be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in anyway. You also may not, without our permission, “mirror” any material contained on our site on any other server. The sole exceptions to these restrictions are:

Whilst we try to provide the information that our members are looking for we cannot guarantee that any particular information will be available or that we will be able to answer any particular enquiry. Whilst we try to ensure that information is correct and up-to-date, we cannot be held responsible for your reliance on it and/or for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of your reliance on it, if it turns out not to correct or up-to-date, save where the same is the result of our gross negligence. Whilst we try to answer phone calls and respond to email enquiries as quickly as possible, there may be times when we are unable to answer or respond promptly.
