The NPA is proud to partner with HEI's across the UK to offer training that supports Pharmacy students in upskilling and placements.
Our courses
We can provide a number of training courses to support your students through their University degree. These courses can provide great insight and education to students in a Pharmacy setting really helping to further their knowledge and understanding on Pharmacy topics. If you have specific course requirements and want to explore course elements please get in touch with the team.
“The University of Portsmouth has successfully set up clinical placements for their undergraduate students. The placements are supplemented by the NPA’s Medicines counter assistant course – both provide students with excellent underpinning knowledge and help to build their confidence and competence in a community pharmacy setting. This experience is invaluable as the students participate and practise skills alongside multi-professional teams which prepares them for their foundation training year, registration assessment and beyond.”

All of our courses are hosted online and are available via our LMS the NPA Learning Academy. The Learning Academy is hosted on Canvas, which is a comprehensive LMS system used globally. We have created fully interactive courses, that facilitate all learning types. We provide a variety of support for students with Learning Difficulties and ensure that the needs of our learners are met. Our courses are developed by our in-house team of L&D Pharmacists and can be tailored to meet the needs of your institution if required. Completing an NPA course provides students a significant competitive advantage as they move into the world of Pharmacy.
