The NPA has been included in the 2026 UK’s Best Workplaces in Charity & Not-For-Profit™ list by Great Place To Work® UK, an organisation who conducts research of over 10 million workers a year to help identify workplaces with a strong culture.

Employees of the NPA, including those within its Insurance company, NPA Insurance Ltd, anonymously reported that it’s a workplace where people feel welcomed, valued, and treated fairly, regardless of race, gender, or age.

Employees across the NPA Group also rated the NPA as a great place to work, reflecting the organisation's commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive culture.

The 2026 Best Workplaces in Charity & Not-For-Profit list is created using the anonymous feedback from employees working in the industry about their workplace experience.

Great Place To Work® UK administered their research-backed Trust Index© employee survey and analysed the responses of UK-based charity and not-for-profit sector employees to determine the Best Workplaces™ list.

The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
