If you are considering appealing to NHS Resolution, please also note this must be done within 30 days of receiving the email setting out any changes to the NHSBSA determination following the independent internal review findings.

  1. Recovery of uplifts to advance payments: The uplifts to the advance payments received between 1 April 2020 and 1 July 2020 were recovered as part of the monthly reconciliation from 1 October 2021 to 1 March 2022 in six equal parts.
  2. Reimbursement of COVID-19 related costs: NHS pharmacy contractors in England were able to claim for additional costs incurred during the COVID-19 pandemic for the provision of NHS pharmaceutical services over a 13-month period from 1 March 2020 and 31 March 2021. Deadline to submit claims to the NHSBSA was 15 August 2021 via the claim form that was available from 5 July on the NHSBSA website.
