Customer Journey

Once the customer has purchased their COVID-19 lateral flow test, they perform the swab themselves at home, with optional supervision from a healthcare assistant.

Results are generated within 20 minutes, and the signed Fit to Fly certificate is produced within 2 hours of the customer submitting their results.

Medicspot handles all the result reporting to Public Health England, as well as customer support and fulfilment.
