Important Notice: Collection service 2018
Dear NPA Member,
Thank you for using the NPA Prescription Collection Service that has been in operation for several years.
However I must inform you that, with genuine regret, once the May collection (due on/around 4th June) is complete we will no longer be providing this service to you. There are increasing legal and regulatory challenges, including but not limited to the introduction of GDPR, which have affected our ability to provide this service to you with adequate safeguards, as a cost effective proposition.
You will, therefore, need to find an alternative solution for the June collection (due on/around 3rd July) onwards. To assist you with this transition, please see our website at www.npa.co.uk/collection for possible alternatives from our existing collection partners, including a potential new Royal Mail drop off option.
If there are any overpayments from your quarterly billing our teams will be working to refund this balance to you.
