Flavia Puinean
Lead Advice and Support Pharmacist
Flavia is a pharmacist with over 15 years of experience in community pharmacy, including roles as a manager and locum in both independents and large multiples. As Lead Advice & Support Pharmacist at the NPA, she supports community pharmacies on clinical services, NHS regulations, and professional standards to ensure quality care and compliance.
Hollie Ryder
Lead IP Advice and Support Pharmacist
Hollie is the Lead Independent Prescribing Advice and Support Pharmacist. She is also a Senior Lecturer in Pharmacy Practice and a practicing clinical prescribing pharmacist.
Nisha Mistry
Lead Advice and Support Pharmacist
Nisha is the Lead Advice and Support Pharmacist in the PAS team with a particular focus on patient safety. Before joining the NPA, Nisha worked as a community pharmacist across multiple and independent pharmacies as a store manager and services pharmacist.
Sana Din
Advice and Support Services Manager
Sana is the Advice and Support Services Manager at the NPA. She is a qualified pharmacist with nearly ten years in community pharmacy, plus another ten years at the NPA. Her knowledge and expertise in all pharmacy related matters has supported colleagues and members in empowering them to provide the best in their roles and encouraging self-development.
As a start-up pharmacy and new operator, the NPA has been an invaluable resource during our first year. They are always available and generous with their time and advice, easing our transition and operations. We recommend their services to any new pharmacy organisation.
