David Webb is Chief Pharmaceutical Officer for England having previously been Chief Pharmacist and Clinical Director for Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. He is a member of NHS England Medical Directorate’s senior management team, the UK Government Chief Medical Officer’s senior clinical group, Head of the Pharmacy Professions in England and the principal advisor on pharmacy and medicines use in the NHS, which includes supporting the Department of Health and Social Care. David has a keen interest in educational reform and the development of practice and is a Fellow of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society. |
Andrew Lane | NPA Chair

NPA Chairman, Andrew Lane, represents Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Northamptonshire. He lives in Oxfordshire and was elected to the NPA Board of Management in April 2010 to represent the South West. He is a director of AlChem Pharma and has owned and operated 14 Community Pharmacies from Yorkshire to Devon in the past 15 years. Currently Chair of Gloucestershire LPC he sits on the One Gloucestershire ICS Strategic Stakeholder Group. |
Nicole Atkinson | Medical Adviser, Primary Care Network

Nicole has worked as a GP partner in Nottingham for the past 20 years and has worked as a primary care leader locally across all levels of the system. She successfully led Nottingham West CCG as clinical chair and was involved in the development of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire as a first wave ICS. During this time, she worked as a clinical director of a primary care network and was the system SRO for primary care transformation responsible for delivering the Nottingham ICS primary care strategy. Following the CCG merger, she was appointed Nottingham & Nottinghamshire’s ICS clinical lead and delivered a comprehensive ICS clinical and community services strategy. |

Previously Reena has worked as a CPPE tutor, a GP practice support pharmacist and a hospital pharmacist. She is passionate about patient centred care, team culture and is a self-proclaimed pharmacy champion. She is primary care network Community Pharmacy lead for Cheam & South Sutton PCN and represents the Home Counties South area on the NPA Board. Reena is also a trustee of a local older people’s welfare charity. Her personal area of interest is older people and in particular the need to support older people to be physically, socially and mentally active and to reduce isolation. She is an Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Champion and has created 300 dementia friends.” |

Tim is qualified as a pharmacist. Tim has held a variety of senior management positions at Alliance Boots. He then joined Day-Lewis as Head of Retail in 2010 and now leads the pharmacy team. In addition to his position at Day-Lewis, Tim holds positions in several pharmacy associations and committees; including the Surrey Local Pharmaceutical Committee and the Royal Pharmaceutical Society. |

Professor David Taylor is Professor of Pharmaceutical and Public Health Policy at the University of London. He is a member of the APHG Advisory Board.
He is also a Trustee of the Patients Association, a member of the Department of Health’s Medicines Management Advisory Group and a member of the NHS Confederation GMS Contract Reference Group. David has previously been Associate Director of Health Studies at the Audit Commission, a King’s Fund Fellow, and Director of Public and Economic Affairs at the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry. Between 1996 and 2001 he was Director of Health Affairs at GJW Government Relations.
He has also published extensively on issues relating to health and health care. |
