How long will it take to settle my claim?

Each individual circumstance is different and the time taken to settle the claim will be based on the nature of the claim. When you call to register a claim, ask your claim handler for an estimation.

How will I know if a claim is covered by my policy?

You can find full details of your policy cover on your Policy, Endorsement and Schedule documents. You may wish to read these documents before contacting us to report a claim.

How do I apply?

You can apply for this policy online.
