How it works

The service is free to use as part of your NPA Membership – giving you the peace of mind we want you to have as a valued NPA member. You can access support over the phone or via email.

  • The telephone service is available on 0330 123 0558 and is open between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. An out-of-hours service operates between 6pm and 8am Monday to Friday and at weekends. If your call cannot be taken immediately, it will be returned as soon as possible.

When calling or emailing the service, please quote your name, the name of the pharmacy and your NPA Membership number. While all calls, case notes and correspondence are recorded to ensure quality and for monitoring purposes, please be assured that all information is confidential and stored securely in compliance with data protection regulations.
