Charac is on a mission to provide a one-stop digital platform for Independent Community Pharmacies to effectively manage the total patient experience.

We provide pharmacies with a fully integrated patient relationship management system, so that patients can order their own medication, book NHS/Private Services as well as book online consultations with their local pharmacist.

As an NPA member, the benefits of Charac go even further with an opportunity of a personal walkthrough of the solution from both a patient and administrative view. As an added member benefit of signing up through the NPA, we will refund you 5% of the module fees every quarter.

What sets up apart?

	OTC – Pharmacies will be able to offer the full suite of products that they sell in their pharmacies on the App and Web App – we will also be able to suggest promotions and offers.
	Consultation form builder – We are enhancing our form builder to include private services – forms will be able to be bespoke built from within the pharmacy admin.
	Biometrics – Patients will be able to login to their NHS Login using their biometrics, this will increase ease of use but also helps with data protection.
	Customer health advice – We will be able to send patients Advice leaflets and links from manufacturers and health platforms to help increase medications compliance and reduce disease progression.
	Independent prescribing – We will be developing our own independent prescribing platform which will enable all pharmacies everywhere to offer any service they wish – helping build trust in the community and guarantee revenue for the sector.
