Becoming an NPA Trusted Partner
We do our utmost to ensure our members have access to the most valuable services required within the pharmacy sector and that they are suitably safeguarded when engaging with any third party companies.
Application process
Submission - companies interested in becoming an NPA Trusted Partner submit their application.
Review - NPA team review the application, potentially suggesting follow-up questions to understand the company's offerings and how they align with NPA values and benefit members.
Discovery meeting
Invitation - selected companies are invited to a discovery meeting.
Presentation - the company presents its products and solutions to the NPA commercial team and other relevant experts, either face-to-face or virtually.
Due diligence
Evaluation - the NPA conducts a thorough evaluation to assess the risks and opportunities of the potential partnership.
Trust - ensuring that the company is reliable and aligns with the trust NPA members have in partners presented and recommended to them.
Agreement
Finalisation - A Trusted Partner agreement is drafted and sent out, detailing all agreed-upon marketing, communications, and commercial terms.
