Job Description

Realise your full potential in this changing world and apply for this unique opportunity with outstanding clinical, educational and development support for a pharmacist[including 2019 registrants] to join our talented team at the heart of our community.

For over 20 years our clinical team, whose pharmacists have all been prescribers with additional clinical qualifications, has been at the forefront of patient care and professional development. Our alumni have progressed to senior posts in general practice, hospital and NHS England, empowered by our commitment to develop skills and knowledge, with a passion to deliver exceptional standards of holistic care.

Situated beside a GP practice in a rural community, this multi-award-winning pharmacy plays an important role in optimising health for our growing population. With a Mary Seacole-trained ACT, three dispensary staff and two counter staff, as well as a second pharmacist on most days, you will have strong support to develop and maximise your talent.

A competitive package tailored to your needs will be available reflecting your personal goals. This may be enhanced service training, clinical diploma and prescribing training [including study days], generous annual leave and relocation support if needed.

Banwell is on the edge of the Mendips, 15 miles and 35 minutes from Central Bristol. The role offers the opportunity to combine access to the vibrant cultural life of a city named best place to live [for the under 26s] outside London in a 2019 BBC analysis, with a rural work life, rich in nature and warm in character.

This is not a job, this is a calling – join our clinical family and flourish!
