Job Description

Providing advice to customers on beauty ranges (inc Clarins, Lancome and many others), OTC medicines, healthcare and supplements.
Stock management using EPOS and checking deliveries.
Merchandising products and ensuring retail space is inviting.
Building relationships with local surgeries and assisting with prescription collection service.
Working as part of a team in the smooth running of the store.
Keeping uptodate with product knowledge by attending occasional evening training sessions.
Skills and Experience:

Retail experience in a pharmacy is essential. MCA training an advantage.
Knowledge and expertise in beauty and make-up desirable.
Strong customer service skills, motivated by delighting customers.
Proactive, diligent and a conscientious approach to work.
Energetic team player, sharing responsibilities so that everyone can succeed.
Willingness to learn and develop.
