Job Description

Practice based community pharmacist to support the running of a GP practice based pharmacy. Working closely with the Superintendent, GPs and PCN pharmacists to deliver high standards of care to all our patients. Be involved in not only providing the pharmaceutical needs but also support the GPs in delivering a safe and efficient care platform for all practice based patients.

Will be working in a modern pharmacy with cutting edge technology to deliver a safe and efficient pharmacy service with the opportunity to be involved in clinical audits, managing patient discharges from secondary care and work with a multidisciplinary team consisting of GPs, Clinical Pharmacists, practice nurses, district nurses etc.
