We are seeking to recruit an Assistant Pharmacy Manager to join our team in our award winning, innovative and expanding business. A rapidly expanding global multi-channel retailer with innovative products, efficiency in operations & exceptional customer service. Today, Chemist-4-U stands as one of the UK’s largest online pharmacies and works very closely with the highly acclaimed Groupon, which allows us to share our products with a much wider audience. Innox Trading has grown as company over the years and each year has made new success to the company, including the new ‘subscribe channels’ in particular “Shave and Subscribe”who is in partnership with the popular shaving brand Gillette. JOB SUMMARY

You will be friendly and organised with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Building relationships with your customers is key and you’ll play an important part in meeting their unique healthcare needs.

Your main responsibilities as Assistant Pharmacy Manager will be to efficiently and accurately ensure the day to day smooth running of the Pharmacy Department. You will manage staff issues effectively and fairly, manage stock levels and be another expert for our customers to talk to, providing healthcare advice and services at the point of contact. As every day is different, you could find yourself getting involved with everything from acting as the first point of contact for customers or managing high volume dispensing transactions.

Candidate Skills

Be commercially astute, understand the growth and development of the healthcare industry
Hands on approach to run the business with strong leadership qualities
Supervisory/management experience
Organised to obtain the maximum out of the business and staff
Excellent communication skills
A detailed understanding of how a retail pharmacy operates under the NHS remunerative system
Carrying current qualifications for service delivery

Personal Specification
Minimum of 3 years pharmacy experience
You should be self motivated with excellent communications skills and other managerial qualities.
