Our family-owned, independent Community Pharmacy, in the heart of Colinton Village, on the southside of Edinburgh, is looking for a new member to join our busy and enthusiastic dispensary team. We are a forward looking pharmacy delivering many additional services to our patients, with our independent prescribing pharmacist leading and developing the team to ensure we are fully up to date in our working methods and delivery.

We are looking for someone who is a motivated team-player, able to provide each customer or patient with the appropriate care and advice, politely and respectfully, while taking proper account of confidentiality and individual needs. If you are already a qualified dispenser or technician this would be an added bonus, however, we would also be prepared to train the right applicant to one of those roles.

This part-time post will be for 27.25 hours per week, to be worked on Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9am to 5:45pm and on Saturday from 9am to 1pm.

We offer a good rate of pay, which will be commensurate with experience, and provide an excellent work environment, in a beautiful local area, with some of the latest technical support.

The pharmacy is closed for lunch 1-2pm, so that you get a real break from the dispensary concentration, and you will have a 10 minute break morning and afternoon.
