Job Description

Providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer expectations are met.
Provide healthcare advice to patients
Ensure a smooth running of the dispensary
Dispensing medication effectively and safely.
Must be able to order and maintain stock levels effectively at all times.
Manage patients’ dosette trays to aid with patients’ adherence.
Must be a team player, support the pharmacist, the dispensary and shop staff to achieve the overall business objectives.
Must be able to liaise with other healthcare professionals, dealing with patients’ queries over the phone or face to face.
Must understand and respect patient’s confidentiality.
We are looking for a candidate to work a minimum of 36 hours a week and the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary in addition to 20 days paid holiday (excluding bank holidays) as well as other benefits.
