Job Description

COSHAM PHARMACY
DISPENSER/DISPENSARY ASSISTANT

 

*Days/Hours: 39 hours per week approx.

Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs & Fri 9am-5:30pm &
Saturday 9am-5pm on a Rota – currently-1 in 4 weeks

 

Works under Pharmacist supervision to:
Provide advice to customers on use of medicines and general health and lifestyle matters, ensure safe and correct storage/preparation/labelling and dispensing of medicines, create & update Patient Records.

 

The ideal applicant would either be a Qualified Pharmacy Dispenser or have Dispensary / retail sales /
EPOS experience, and be an excellent communicator, team player, be adaptable and have basic IT skills.

*Staff will be expected to be as flexible as possible to do additional hours i.e. at operationally busy times and for holiday/absence cover which will include Saturday working.
