Everetts, established in 1964 are a friendly, family-owned community pharmacy business with 11 pharmacies across Southern Hampshire. Our aims are to improve the health and wellbeing of every customer/patient that chooses to visit or make contact and to make each individual or family feel better about their health and wellbeing, with our care, on every visit. Our Pharmacist Managers are responsible for developing branch business, performing all qualified Pharmacist duties and activities in connection with the preparation / supply of medicines, delivery of a range of NHS / private services and providing expert friendly advice on health and lifestyle matters for the local community.
We are seeking a qualified/experienced Pharmacist to manage a Community Pharmacy/Retail branch staff team who play a vital part in the branch’s success. We would like a Pharmacist Manager who can supportively guide and develop individual branch employee’s performance in order to increase an enhanced range of pharmacy services and retail sales business. The ideal candidate would already have experience of a hands-on approach to meeting individual staff learning and development needs, whilst being proactive in developing a successful and profitable local community Pharmacy. They would need to be commercially astute, proactive, with a supportive/developmental leadership style and a strong commitment to ensuring that our local community patients/customers receive outstanding friendly/professional care and service at all times.
