HEALTHCARE SALES SUPERVISOR – V A C A N C Y Ref:209 – Everetts Pharmacy HEDGE END
*28 hours per week. Mon to Thurs 9:30am – 5:30pm + occasional overtime inc Sat 9am-12noon

The ideal applicant would have Pharmacy Counterpart/equivalent qualification, similar retail sales / supervisory and Electronic till (EPOS) experience, be an excellent communicator, team player, adaptable, with basic IT skills and the drive to provide excellent friendly customer service in a busy community pharmacy. If you have what it takes to provide an amazing service to every customer who comes through Everetts door, support and assist staff team members and enjoy working as part of a busy, close-knit community team please apply.

The role is responsible for supervising the day to day running of store retail operations. Supporting the Pharmacist to deliver advice, training and guidance to staff members on induction, health & safety, retail working, medicine counter activities, selling skills, product knowledge and other training needs. Providing advice to customers on use of medicines and general health and lifestyle matters under Pharmacist supervision.
*Supervisor expected to be flexible in order to work additional hours i.e. at operationally busy times and for holiday/absence cover which will include Saturday a.m. working.
