Trainee Healthcare/Sales Supervisor Vacancy Ref:190

Role is to be trained up to Deputise and then work as a Supervisor assisting with the overall day to day running of the store ensuring the efficient delivery of retail operations by leading the HC/Sales team through their responsibilities and supporting them with learning and training. Healthcare/Sales Assistants are the initial friendly face in providing quality pharmacy patient and customer care. They provide advice and guidance on purchasing/using over the counter medicines and referring patients to pharmacists.

The ideal applicant would have previous Pharmacy, retail store supervisor/team leader, EPOS experience & sales skills. If you don’t have Pharmacy/Supervisory experience, but do have the right attitude, excellent communication skills, commitment, a passion for providing excellent customer service in your local community, the right aptitude and a desire to work towards becoming a Healthcare/Sales Supervisor we will provide training.

*Full time – 37 ½ hours per week – 8:15am to 4:45pm Monday to Saturday (alternate Saturday or Tuesday off as per Rota).

*Staff will be expected to be as flexible as possible to do additional hours i.e. at operationally busy times and for holiday/absence cover/and after training to Deputise for Healthcare/Sales Supervisor.
