Dispensary Assistant Vacancy – Everetts Pharmacy – Park Gate – Southampton – Vacancy Ref: 148
*Days/Hours: 20.67 hours per week approx., 9am – 2 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday & Saturday Rota currently 1 in 6 weeks 9am-1pm.

Works under Pharmacist supervision to: Provide advice to customers on use of medicines and general health and lifestyle matters, ensure safe and correct storage/preparation/labelling and dispensing of medicines, create & update Patient Records.

The ideal applicant would either be a Qualified Pharmacy Dispenser or have dispensary / retail sales / EPOS experience, and be an excellent communicator, team player, adaptable, with basic IT skills and the drive to provide excellent friendly customer service in a busy community pharmacy.

*Staff will be expected to be as flexible as possible to do additional hours i.e. at operationally busy times and for holiday/absence cover etc.
