Everetts Pharmacy Titchfield – Healthcare/Sales Assistant VACANCY Ref 229

• 18 ¼ average hours per week*: Monday, Tuesday & Fri 8:45am-3:30pm &
• Saturday 9am-1:00pm on 1 in 4 week Rota

The ideal applicant would have retail/pharmacy experience and a Medicine Counters Assistant (or equivalent) qualification. However, if you have the right attitude, excellent communication skills, commitment and a passion for working in your local community we’ll support you to train and qualify. If you have what it takes to provide an amazing service to every customer who comes through Everetts doors, and enjoy working as part of a busy, close-knit community team please apply.

Healthcare / Sales Assistants are the initial friendly face in providing quality pharmacy patient and customer care. They provide advice and guidance on purchasing/using over the counter medicines and referring patients to pharmacists. They aim to exceed customer expectations by using excellent communication skills in developing relationships. They provide and sell the best products and services for each individual customer in order to assist customers/patients to improve their general health and well-being.

*Staff will be expected to be as flexible as possible to do additional hours i.e. at operationally busy times and for holiday/absence cover which will include Saturday working.
