Everetts Pharmacy, Whiteley – Hampshire – Healthcare Sales Supervisor

Responsible for supervising the day to day running of store retail operations. Supporting the Pharmacist to deliver advice, training and guidance to staff members on induction, health/safety, retail working, medicine counter activities, selling skills, product knowledge and other training needs.
Providing advice to customers on use of medicines and general health and lifestyle matters under Pharmacist supervision.

The ideal applicant would have Counterpart/equivalent qualification, similar retail sales / supervisory and Electronic till (EPOS) experience, be an excellent communicator, team player, adaptable, with basic IT skills and the drive to provide excellent friendly customer service in a busy community pharmacy.

Days/Hours: average 27 ¼ hours per week, Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri 8:45am – 2:15pm, Wed 8:45am- 1:15pm and Saturday 9am-12noon (on a Rota currently one in four)
