Job Description

Pre-Registration student required for a busy pharmacy in Grove Park, London (opposite main line station Grove Park), 20 minutes to Central London. You will be trained by an experienced pre-registration tutor. The pharmacy has an excellent support staff and all required high-tech facilities. A right candidate will also be offered a structured programme with support from a national organisation. This excellent pre-registration programme will help you to develop the skills and knowledge required in this challenging world of pharmacy.

The candidate must have positive attitude and excellent learning skills. Good communication skills and ability to take responsibility are equally important. Previous experience in community pharmacy is desirable but not essential. An ideal candidate will be able to keep pace with work load while learning. This will test your ability to cope with rapidly changing pharmacy practice. Job duties will include but not limited to dispensing, checking prescriptions, patient counselling, learning about pharmacy service provision (e.g. NMS, MUR) and day to day functioning of the pharmacy.

Immediate start or July to September start date, five days a week. You will receive generous staff discount and annual 4 weeks holidays.
