Job Description

We are looking for experienced and highly motivated Team leader to join our exciting team at VUCHEM Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join and shape our practice and put it right at the heart of the store. The role will involve emphasising the importance of clinical governance and investing time in the training of counter staff. Ideal for customer focused individual who is keen to further develop their clinical skills. Ideal candidate will be required to proactively get involved in improving pharmacy sales, services and profitability in a cost-effective, efficient and safe manner. You will also be required to adhere to legal requirements and company procedures. You will take part in training and development of other counter staff members and also ensure that you develop individually. Ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as a part of a team. You must have experience in accurately dispensing and organising the safe environment within the dispensary. You will be required to take care of the stock replenishment within the dispensary and ensure a safe patient delivery system is maintained. Applicants will need to have the skills to dispense in MDS trays
