Pre-Registration Pharmacist 2019/20

Job Description

We are a busy independent community pharmacy offering services including MURs, NMS, Flu vaccination service, Travel clinic, Smoking cessation, supervised methadone consumption, Minor ailments and Palliative Care Service.

 

We also serve various Nursing homes and dispense high amount of private prescriptions.
The candidate will become familiar with Monitored Dosage Systems (Nursing home and community), will be involved in ordering and managing Pom medicine, assisted sales of P and GSL medicine, merchandising, wide range of counter products, Nursing Homes Audits.

 

The candidate will be trained covering all the required standards by an experienced manager tutor who successfully trained pre-regs and will also be well supported in the learning journey by all pharmacy team.

 

The candidate will be required to attend external training sessions for preparation of the exam.

 

The pharmacy is open Monday to Friday from 9.00 am until 19.30 and Saturday from 9.00 am until 18.00.

 

You will have 4 weeks leave plus Bank Holiday
