Job Description

Counter and dispensing assistant required to join a close knit team in a community pharmacy.
Full or part time applications considered.
Previous experience desirable but not essential.
General computing skills are essential.
Should be able to demonstrate good communication skills both with patients and with team members, both face to face and over the phone.
Valid and clean driving licence desirable but not essential.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
The applicant should be able to use initiative and be willing to contribute new ideas to the pharmacy development.
Training is provided, however potential applicants should be aware that some of this may need to be undertaken outside of working hours.
Be able to undertake general housekeeping such as cleaning and merchandising along with any other duties required.
Appreciate community pharmacy can be busy and demanding at times. We would expect any potential candidate to demonstrate resilience but also be willing to voice any concerns.
