Independent health centre pharmacy, which has been awarded Health Living Pharmacy status. Clinically focussed. Close GP/pharmacy working relationship. Always interested in taking on new services and developing new roles for pharmacists. In-house pharmacist-led Anticoagulation Clinic. Pharmacist-led flu vaccination service. Great opportunity to gain wide-ranging experience with our pharmacists who have experience in the roles of: Local Pharmaceutical Committee chair; CCG prescribing subcommittee member; CPPE tutor; GP practice pharmacist; clinical hospital pharmacist; PCT pharmaceutical adviser & primary care support manager. MURs, NMS, EOHC, Stop Smoking Service, Cardiovascular Health Checks, Minor Ailment Scheme. Sunderland University Pre-registration Training Programme paid for.
