Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in an independent pharmacy with family values and a friendly working environment. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Pharmacist to take on the role of Pharmacy Manager at Keynsham Pharmacy. We are a late night/ seven day pharmacy thus this role would suit a candidate who is flexible with working hours.

As a manager you will lead and motivate your team to provide excellent patient care. You will ensure the pharmacy operates in line with our SOPs and other Professional and Regulatory standards. Your role will involve providing advice and support to pharmacy customers, liaising with local surgeries and care homes, dispensing, stock management, proving MUR, NMS and other professional services. You will also oversee the training and progression of other pharmacy staffs.

You will ensure the pharmacy develops and grows relationship with local surgeries, care homes, community groups and customers. You will identify any critical commercial and clinical opportunity and ensure these are delivered at the highest level.

Your will have the freedom to bring your ideas and way of working into practice and have support from the company.
