Job Description

To work under the supervision of tutor pharmacist to achieve the competency requirements of GPhC.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

respond to symptoms and recommend appropriate treatment over the counter

checking safety and clinical appropriateness of prescription and dispensing

counsel and advise patients

manage and plan work load as part of pharmacy team

learn and develop managerial and business skills

keep up to date with regulations and work within the legal

ethical and governance framework
