We are delighted to announce that we have a fantastic opportunity for a Pharmacist Manager to join our team in Banbury.

You must be able to delegate and monitor a large team of staff in a pressurised environment. We provide various services and have an excellent relationship with the local surgeries.

You will be expected to work days, evenings and weekends, and we can offer a flexible work schedule.

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of teams who will play a vital part in your success and the success of the branches you work in.

Previous experience working in a busy community pharmacy is desirable in addition to having a drive to improve our service levels.

This is a permanent position with a view to working 38-42 hours per week.

We are flexible in our approach to recruitment and for the right candidate we may consider amended shift patterns to suit your needs and the business needs.

We aim to provide fixed days within a specific branch. However due to the nature of the role you may be required to provide cover in other branches within your region.
