Customer care is at the heart of everything we do!
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Counter Assistant. You will be friendly and organised with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Building relationships with your customers is key and you’ll play an important part in meeting their health needs.
Responsibilities will include:
• Providing a high level of service to our customers and healthcare advice at the counter
• Giving out dispensed medications effectively and safely
• Recommending healthcare products.
• Processing transactions
• Stock management
If you do not have the required MCA and NVQ2 qualifications, we offer excellent training and support to help our trainees work towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Experience is not essential but all applicants should have a keen interest in healthcare.
