The applicant has to have these qualities: Hardworking, intelligent, enjoys learning, willing to attend external training, work to targets, preserve confidentiality, help with some services e.g. blood pressure testing and EHC.

I have trained 13 trainee pharmacists and all passed their exams, so I have a 100% pass rate.

Also, study time will be allowed during the working day.
