Job Description

Morningside Pharmacy are are seeking a qualified ‘Floating’ Accuracy Checking Technician to work on a permanent and full time basis. This position will be based across 8 pharmacies in Leicester, Derby and Northampton .

Hours:

You will need to be available Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 6.30pm – You will work 40 hours per week – 8 hours per day.

The Role

Join us as a ‘Floating ACT’ and you will be part of your local community, giving advice, dispensing prescriptions and providing personalised solutions that help people lead healthier lives. Although your main base will be at a Pharmacy in Leicester, this role will require you to travel across multiple pharmacies within the company in Derby, Northampton and Leicester. You will be given a weekly rota at the end of each week, listing where support is required the following week. For this role you will need to hold a drivers license and have access to your own transport.

You must be a GPHC registered ACT. You will need to have confidence, be a team player, self motivated, with good customer skills, be adaptable and have the ability to communicate well with patients. Good IT skills will help too.

Salary is open to negotiation, dependent on skills and experience that will be discussed during the interview process.
