Job Description

We have recently undertaken a complete refit and we are looking for motivated, and enthusiastic individual. We offer an external training programme along with real hands on experience in the community, with a very experienced Pharmacist and Tutor.
Our programme is designed to give you the perfect foundation, providing you with the training and support you need to develop your skills, build your clinical and management knowledge and develop you as an all round pharmacist.
We are an expanding group and will look to potentially offer Pre-Reg. graduates opportunities to work as a pharmacist after they qualify, meaning there is a real opportunity for career progression.

Duties to include:
Cover all activities relating to successful running of a community pharmacy; ranging from dispensing and retail sales, to customer advice.
– To support compliance with all statutory and professional requirements of a registered retail pharmacy business.
– To develop competence through training and regular appraisals.
– To develop good management practice through compliance with company systems and procedures, and effective use of resources
– To support continuous improvement of Pharmacy turnover and profitability.

Requirements:
Team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Able to multitask and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Good record keeping and ability to demonstrate high attention to detail.
Qualified to MPharm Degree level.
