Position: Pharmacy Healthcare Assistant
About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking individual who is passionate about patient care to join our team as a Pharmacy Sales Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to engage with our community, provide essential support to our pharmacy operations, and embark on a path towards becoming a Pharmacy Technician through comprehensive training and development opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:
Completed GCSEs
Proficiency in English communication
Methodical work ethic
Friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift stock
Basic computer literacy
Multilingual proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment
Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times
Assist pharmacists with prescription verification and customer inquiries
Sell over-the-counter medicines responsibly under pharmacist supervision
Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries and locating items
Manage administrative tasks, including inventory management and record-keeping
Participate in promotional activities and maintain attractive merchandise displays
Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the pharmacy

Schedule and Location:
Full-time or part-time positions available
Flexible hours, including weekends
Located in Barnet
