Healthcare Assistant
The healthcare assistant is a crucial part of the pharmacy team. The candidate should be confident, have good customer service skills, ability to communicate, work as a team and be willing to learn about new products and services. Medicines counter assistant training will be provided if they haven’t already done it, as well as training in other areas.
Duties include, but not limited to, receiving/checking deliveries, stock management, merchandising, offering OTC advice, doing some deliveries and maintaining the appearance of the shop.
